Gossip and critical thinking come together to reveal what happens on the networks beyond what they show. This is not a book written out of hate or malice, let that be clear! It is just an attempt - fun, although critical and rigorous - to demystify the networks and the gods who inhabit them, selling us rosy lives. This essay is an invitation to reflect beyond the screen on issues such as the price of fame, overexposure on networks, the loss of privacy or insecurities and complexes, to try to understand this world from all its angles and end up discovering that, perhaps, behind each character there is a person with their own problems, although these are not shown because, the truth is, showing a sunset in Bali sells more than sincerity.
