I enjoyed it. I had been finding the Prey novels and the F'ing Flowers books enjoyable but definitely not that engaging. This collaboration (what the h*ll kind of a name is Ctein?) combined enough science with fairly intriguing characters. Several times I incorrectly predicted the story line and the fiend onboard the Nixon. I expected more from the Sandy-Fiorella relationship and don't feel that Fang-castro's breakup was adequately explained, but I feel that wanting more from a book is the sign of being fully engaged in a book. I recommend this book, but I recommend it to people with my tastes and appreciations. I don't know you, you don't know me, good luck to all of us.
