IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE MOVIE.......READ THIS BOOK! Try to disassociate the imagery from the film. Allow your own imagination to interpret Clark's well-penned words. Reading initializes a higher cognition that is typically unavailable when your senses are processing the...perhaps at times overpowering WTF?-input from the film. The concepts that allude to the story's deeper context may then be more easily parsed. Aligning the clues and complexities at your own pace will certainly contribute towards a better understanding too. Then, for the sake of seeing Kubrick's visual Opera with a new, informed and more acute clarity, by all means, strap in & really...do...the movie again~
