This is a poorly written, wandering compilation of online blogs by the author. To make a claim of "successful people" I was expecting some structured research and exeptional examples of Fortune 500 executives, it seems the author skipped this step and relied on her personal network and mini vignetes. Not sure why the editors allowed this book to go to press.
The appendix was mildly useful, but the remainder of the essay is a time waster. If you are in search of tools to improve your time management and personal/career performance, I'd highly recommend the books by David Allen, "Getting Things Done".
