The firm is adjusting to new management and that results in firings as well as promotions. Betty is pregnant and her father's health requires him to move in with the Drapers. As usual the clients, especially Conrad Hilton, are demanding putting plenty of stress on Don and the staff. Originally happy with the birth of their new son Don and Betty begin to drift further and further apart. With the sale of the firm once again a certainty Don and the partners make a bold move at the conclusion of season three.
