The comparisons of restaurant vs. homemade meals are useful, but the recipes themselves are bland and use a surprising amount of butter, bacon, cheese, white flour, and white sugar - hardly healthy choices. They also call for many processed ingredients: i.e., the pizza recipes call for Boboli premade crusts, the pasta recipes call for wonton skins, and the Chicken Pot Stickers recipe actually calls for 24 frozen potstickers.
