What if your pain and lack of mobility aren't due to your age, but your habits? The instructions in this book are the experiences of four women over seventy-five who have used these principles and exercises for years to regain strength and mobility. This is better as a physical book rather than an e-book. You want to hold the book and be able to put it down and pick it up easily while trying the exercises. Not as easy with a device. But if e-book is the only copy you can find, definitely try it! Increased mobility and stability are only two of the benefits gained from the approaches in Katy Bowman's book for 'goldeners'.

Only niggle with the physical publication is the text is way too big and I know at least one over-70 person found it patronising, though I think the intention was for the text to be accessible.
