"Drawing together a delightful cast of characters, Ella Griffin brings her warmth, wit, and wisdom to this captivating tale of the connections that bring us all together. Every bouquet tells a story. And every story begins at Blossom & Grow, a tiny flower shop in the heart of Dublin... Among the buckets of fragrant blooms, beneath the flickering candles and lanterns, Lara works her magic, translating feelings into flower arrangements that change hearts and lives. She is no stranger to the power of flowers herself. They gave her hope when she was a child who lost a mother, and, again when she was a mother who lost a child. But old wounds take time to heal, and life has more heartbreak in store. What will it take for the woman who can unlock everybody else's emotions to open up her own heart?"-- Provided by publisher.

Ah, you should stick with this one to the end. Interesting plot development! I enjoy how the author explores choice of flowers for different personalities. Different characters on the local scene weave in an out of each other's lives through the open door of the flower shop. Quite clever, as only the reader can piece the meaning of the whole story together from the interactions of the different characters in each chapter.

This was a book with promise but something happened 3/4 way through it as though the author had put it aside for 6 months and couldn't remember her train of thought. The main character ended up with the wrong man, in my estimation. I mean why have a charming ex boss show tenderness and sincerity and have a warm feeling for it to be ignored and never re-visited???

This started off as a very sweet book about a woman who was running her own flower shop. It was so sweet I decided not to read it in the end.
