Love Mitch Rapp. Loved the book. Keep writing them.
Disappointing awkwardly facilitated beginning - multiple components/players not developed.
Almost slapstick comic conclusion - story line remained on basic theme, but approaching totally implausible - even for our man Mitch Rapp.
Was a pain reading conclusion. Sorry... Didn't like it...
I've never read Vince Flynn before and didn't realize that this book wasn't written by him. The book was very boring and I couldn't get past page 49. Whoever wrote this book doesn't know how to grab a reader's attention. Since I bought this book I just threw it in the garbage.
I like the Mitch Rapp character but despite the constant action in the book, the plot was very thin and the writing was not the best
There was a decent book in there somewhere but I didn't find it-let Flynn die and don't screw up his work with ghost writing.
I've struggled to read this book. Flynn's books were always engaging and captivated me from the first page turn. This has been an exercise in endurance, one where the book wins as I will not finish it. I'm so very disappointed in the writing, the editing and most of all, the characters.
Slow, boring. Lots of political intrigue, but low on action. I'm being generous w/ 3 *'s.
Enjoyed the book although Kyle Mills writing style wasn't quite up to Vince Flynn's standard!
I've read all of the Vince Flynn books and enjoyed them immensely; Mitch Rapp is a great character. In The Survivor, while I enjoyed the action, I kept thinking that Mitch Rapp has become a not very likeable thug.
