A book about things you already know, The Brain Fog Fix by Dr Mike Dow is a self-help book that re-iterates common knowledge with scientific backing. That’s the whole book in a sentence. Its structure is very hard to sympathize with as it is constantly bombarding you with facts and statistics with no context. It reads more like a lecture than a book. The book kept focusing on making the information relatable it forgot the most important aspect, telling you why the methods implemented in the back of the book will help you. They go over this repeatedly, but don’t say it. There is a bunch of repetition and fluff that isn’t needed. If you just wanted to jump start your brain on getting all the proper nutrition it needs, you can be satisfied with just reading the action plan. Otherwise I wouldn’t much bother with the rest of The Brain Fog Fix.

What he was saying makes sense but it has an overall douche tone. If you take a few tips and apply them to your life then it's a win...the problem it can quickly lose interest if you don't agree with the author on his particular thoughts. Good note...some good recipes for smoothies.

This is what I took away from the more seafood (which I already knew I needed to).
