This is a really creepy and really fun story! If I ever have to move out to a house in the middle of nowhere, I'm definitely going to look into any old ghost stories or legends surrounding the house! Never a good idea to ignore that kind of stuff, and the characters in this book find that out the hard way.

An intense, gripping read for everybody who likes a good scare. Hahn is the Stephen King of children's books.

this book was pretty good and pretty creepy for young readers. Hahn is good at getting into the emotions of the characters. I really felt bad for Dan when his parents were sad and stressed out after his sister was took. Great creepy read for this time of year.
