Several of the recipes in this cookbook have errors, some acknowledged by the publisher, see. pp. 105 and 108 where the amounts of flour are corrected. I was very disappointed in particular by the muffin recipes, which have a low proportion of flour to wet ingredients and do not bake up well. Creative ideas, but I suspect they didn't test recipes cut down from bakery business quantities.
