Makes so much sense. Going to put some of the words into practice. Seems like making BIG goals into a 'staircase analogy'. Take it one step at a time, you'll be at the top before you know it. Try zipping up to the top, in a rush, going three/four steps at a time, doubt you'll make it far without tumbling back down to the bottom of the staircase......
