Well written thriller with a fabulous plot, recommended by Nancy Pearl (Dec. 2014) as a "total escape book." For me the torture scenes were way too gruesome!

While I was reading this adrenaline fueled thriller I kept having to tell myself to breathe. Warning: there are several scenes of graphic violence that I had to skip over, or read with my eyes closed.
