I really loved this cookbook. As a new vegan it was nice to get some great ideas as building blocks for future inspiration. I highly recommend these recipes! The pad thai was especially amazing!

This is my favorite cookbook ever! It has a great variety of dishes that aren't too difficult to whip up if you have a busy schedule. It even has recipes for Thai, Indian and other world foods. My favorites are the "Curried Peanut Sauce Bowl", Summer Seitan Saute" and Sunflower Mac". Everything is vegan but don't let that deter you if you're an omnivore! Recommended by Sarah

Yummy! So yummy that I bought it. I am not vegan but often eat that way, so I sometimes add meat in instead of tofu.

Great book! I loved this so much I kept it for about six months. Almost everything I tried was great - the exception was Bindi Masala; I guess I just don't like okra.

I've been trying to find some delicious meatless recipes and most of the vegan/vegetarian cookbooks I look at seem too involved or not something my family would enjoy. This book is full of wonderful recipes! Yes, some seem very involved but the majority are simple and appear to be dishes my family will enjoy. I can wait to try them!!

This is the best vegan cookbook I have ever used. The recipes are easy, even when I am tired. They produce the most delicious meals which fill me up after a hard day of physical labour! I would recommend it to anyone looking to add some veggies to their diet, be they vegetarian or carnivorous.

I know I'm biased here because she's a relative, but Isa's book is awesome. I'm not vegan, but all the dishes I've made from this book tasted amazing!

Ditto on everything people already wrote here. I kept reserving & taking this out, so I just ended up buying the book for myself (and I almost never buy books). Excellent run-down on the types of ingredients you'll need in your pantry, how to prep certain elements, and overall explanations if you're new to veganism. Beautifully photographed and designed. And a huge plus is that she includes per recipe both the total time needed AND the actual active time; super helpful to know if, for example, you need to do soaking that might take hours, but the actual amount of time you need to be actively cooking might be a fraction of that. Excellent all around.

There are lots of recipes and lots of photos, so you will be sure to find something you like. Also some recipes are oil-free!
