My son (12) & I have been listening to the Percy Jackson books. I wanted to share more stories about Greek mythology with him, and this one seemed right up his alley. He was engrossed! Lots of fun facts, doodles, and expansions on the stories we love from the Percy Jackson books.

This book will appeal to those who like trivia and perusing top ten-type lists and Guinness World Records. It definitely has its audience with its humor and cartoon-style drawings, I found it difficult to get into as it is a little bit too tidbit-y for my tastes. For those geniuses out there who like to crack codes, there are random questions scattered throughout the book for which the answer is provided directly below the question but it is in code. To decipher the code, flip to the front of the book and you will find the key. Grades 4-6.
