Okay, I thought this book was really moving. It was just such a change from what you would typically read about a teenagers life. Very, very good!

Gloria is prickly and at times unlikeable, but her search for independence is easy to relate to. If anything, I wish the book had been longer, because there were some things that could've been developed more.
