What an amazing book! I have read lots of self-help and spiritual books and this book complements them wonderfully by showing how to bring their teachings into daily life.

Kralik is a sincere, articulate, creative person who put basic spiritual principles into action through his gratitude project.

I am already experimenting in my own life by expressing gratitude to those who have helped me, and honing this skill each day, which I hope to continue my entire life.

I am really jazzed about this book and whatever other wonderful things Kralik does in his life to inspire us all.
