From Library Staff

Everyone knows how to drink beer, but few know how to really taste it with an understanding of the finer points of brewing, serving, and food pairing. This book will help you make all your beer drinking moments exceptional.

In addition to a detailed analysis of the brewing process readers will find lots here about enjoying beer and how to pair different foods with different types of beer. Reading this book will make you thirsty.

This book will teach you more than you will ever want to know about beer from the different types, the types of grain, hops, yeast, etc. the brewing process, the measures of weight, colour, taste, etc. There is a great deal on the science of brewing, but there is also a lot on the enjoyment of beer and pairing the different types with different types of food.

The only downside is that reading the book makes you thirsty.

Really unique read. By the measure of how good a book is by how much it changes your behavior, I would give this book highest marks. A revelation.
