I very much enjoyed this book as well, we should make it a habit of pushing our brains beyond the norm, the puzzles presented in this book were a great opportunity to do just that. I highly recommend this book to you the reader.

I quite enjoyed this book and finished it quickly. It explains the varieties of cognition and gives a few puzzles at the end of each chapter (where possible; where not, websites are given) to engage each one. The writing isn't pretentious nor overly simple. I can attest that some of the earliest puzzles in the book, on working memory, the 2-back and 3-back, are effective.
