Good for its novelty.

Incredible 2 page art spread depicting the inner city during the 70's (pages 2-3). But on the inside front cover, it says this reprint was remastered and recolored. So why wasn't Superman's belt and trunks recolored instead of leaving them blue (pg 19, 2nd panel)?

Superman says, "A minute here is equal to about an hour!" (pg 17). If a minute at the Fringe of Creation equals an hour of Earth time, then they only have 24 minutes to train, not 2 months. Superman should have said, "An HOUR here is equal to about a MINUTE." And how did Superman know the Scrubbs come from a red sun solar system when it isn't revealed until 7 pages later?

From pages 17-21 Superman starts off with his cape on, it disappears, reappears, disappears again, then is back.

On page 67, "... even though he die ..." should be "dies"
or "even should he die".

For a book that was remastered, there was a lot of things needing fixes.

A bizarre product of the 1970s that holds up remarkably well, due to the professionalism of all involved. This edition adds commentary from Neal Adams, who explains this project came from the heart.

An odd but effective relic of the 70s, uniting a real life hero and a comic book hero in an unusual duel with the world at stake. The story brings an unexpected depth to it by being true to the kind of man Ali is.
