I found this book useful for lifelong eating habits as well as taking the excess weight off. Lots of easy and tasty recipes. Love that it gives you the nutritional information and the portion size so you really can keep to the 400 calorie range.
Yes I'm losing weight using it. Have incorporated some of the recipes into my favorites file. This is worth a try if you're serious about changing your eating habits.
