Father of the Bride: Hey, buddy, I'm not paying you to hear your thoughts on life. I'm paying you to sing.
Robbie: Well, I have a microphone, and you don't, SO YOU WILL LISTEN TO EVERY DAMN WORD I HAVE TO SAY!

Robbie: Are you drinking, too?
Julia: No, it's Coca-Cola.
Robbie: Are you sure? There's no rum in that Coca-Cola?
Julia: I'm not a big drinker. And if it was, I'd probably be puking more than that kid!
Robbie: Oh, I don't think anybody could puke more than than kid. I think I saw a boot come out of him.

Super cute and charming. Adam Sandler's character (Bobby something) was very pleasant and loving. There were some very masterful comedic moments that I enjoyed. A few little spotty moments of lackadaisical comedy or plot made it overall not an AMAZING movie, but perhaps it was never meant to be. It was a very nice, funny, well-done Adam Sandler style romantic comedy.

P.S. The song "Somebody Kill Me" that the wedding singer performed for Drew Barrymore's character about halfway into the movie was utterly amazing and the vocal was awesome. Also, the cover of "Video Killed The Radio Star" that played during the end credits (I believe performed by the band The Presidents of the United States) was stellar. Music in general in the movie was very strong, as much as the wedding singer's transgendered sidekick was made fun of in the movie, realistically I thought his/her moves were pretty dope.

One of the only movies I like Adam Sandler in. Very cute. The airplane scene is my favorite.

You have to love the 80s' I lived it, the hair, the music, the clothes, and all the stupid dances. This movie does a really good job at sticking to the era. Adam Sandler ,and Drew Barrymore have wonderful chemistry in this film, and do a great job of acting their parts. I would recommend this movie to any Adam Sandler fan, as well as fans of romantic comedies. This movie will not disappoint.
