A clearly written and decently narrated book that uses case-studies and anecdotes to illustrate key points in the psychology of decision making. What was too little emphasized was the assessment typology that a decision maker should use when making some sort of decision: is it just simple number-crunching?, or is it like jam preference?, or like wine preference?, or do you have to immerse yourself in an info-bath, take a break, and then rely on your informed intuition?, how much should you be on guard against the biases you're subject to? These sorts of things are mentioned, but not in a separate section, so its a book more for listening/reading and less for actually using.
