Japanese sailors just want to go home, and the dificulties they face. Tranlated from Japanese - some of the details don't come thru very well. Gave up about 1/2 way through. Would be more interesting to someone with a nautical/military backgroud.

Interesting setting of Japan in the 1800's. The prose is a bit stilted, reads a bit like a factual history lesson. Still I am glad I read it.
