This book took a little while to get into. It's my next to least favorite of the Narnia books. I kept wanting to bang the characters on the head and tell them to figure things out! That being said the audiobook was very well read, I found Puddleglum quite amusing, and the religious parallels were thought provoking. Well worth the read, just not the best in the series.

As I reread these books that make up C. S. Lewis's Chronicles of Narnia eries, I am amazed at all the details I had forgotten.(Okay, let's be honest - it's been at least 25 years, maybe even closer to 30 years, since I read them!) The Silver Chair is probably my least favorite in the series, but still enjoyable.
