When a woman gets married, she thinks her husband will change, but he doesn't. And when a man gets married, he thinks his wife won't change. But she does.

This book is a very good read. It made me realize some of my own faults, bad argument habits, and has some other good useful things to know. The exercises were a fun and useful way to get to know your partner again.

Very useful, an easy and relatively fast read. A must read if you are in a marriage, happy or not... the information in this book is SO useful and makes SUCH a difference.

Spells out in great detail, and convincingly, what is at work to undermine your marriage, and what specifically to do to turn it around. Also useful if you are in a well functioning marriage; it never hurts to understand what you are doing right!

Recently my laboratory uncovered some exciting, preliminary evidence that a good marriage may also keep you healthier by directly benefiting your immune system, which spearheads the body's defenses against illness.
