Ben Bova never dissappoints. Suspenseful journey to Saturn.

About three fourths of the way through the book, there's a moment where there's a slight possibility that the habitat holding all the characters might fall into Saturn, killing them all and ending the book. I was rooting for this to happen, and was sad when it didn't.
This book is completely plot-driven, and the plot kind of sucks. Somehow Bova manages to have a cast of dozens of characters without making any of them likeable. The political intrigue is shallow and implausible.
