Family Connection and Dreams at South Tacoma Branch on April 25th at 3pm. The program is an engaging, family-centered library program inspired by Jeremiah Can Be Anything

Focus:

  • Building self-efficacy in children

  • Encouraging shared goal-setting between parents and children

Key Activities (Interactive & Educational):

  • My Future Mural: Children will express their biggest dreams through creative art while parents support them in crafting a strong, positive affirmation that reflects their child’s unique potential.

  • Affirmation Movement Game: A lively, movement-based activity where families repeat positive affirmations while acting out joyful and confident emotions—helping reinforce uplifting language through both mind and body.
