Pre-Proposal Meeting 

Community members who are interested in submitting a proposal to become a partner in an available space in the Community Hub at Main Library are invited to attend a Pre-Proposal Meeting in Room 222 at Main Library (1102 Tacoma Ave. S) on Saturday, Dec. 6 at 12 p.m. to learn more about the Community Hub and application process. 

Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the available space and meet other Community Hub partners from the Tacoma Tool Library, the Remakery, and Write253. 

Request for Proposals (RFP) Information

The City of Tacoma's Procurement and Payables Division has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a new Community Hub partner. Submissions are due by 11 a.m. on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.

Proposals may be submitted via email to sendbid@tacoma.gov or in person at the Tacoma Public Utilities Administration Building North (3628 S. 35th Street).
