Tacoma Arts Month begins with Kaleidoscope, a free, all-ages event on Saturday, October 4,2025, from1–4PM at the Tacoma Public Library, Main Branch. 

Enter a kaleidoscope of creativity, where every turn reveals new colors and connections. Performances, art displays, and community experiences fill the day in celebration of Tacoma’s arts and culture.

Enjoy performances by Tacoma Little Theatre, Capoeira Vida, Khmer Language Arts and Culture, Mari Griffin Tacoma Poet Laureate, and A.G. Joints.

Immerse yourself in Interactive Stations from Hill Top Artists, Tacoma Boat Builders, Mi Centro, Tacoma Tree Foundation, Fab Lab, Tahoma Indian Center, Alchemy Skateboarding, Hilltop Urban Gardens, 1443 Films and more!

Enjoy special Gallery Displays with Vaquero Azul, Gillian Nordlund, Tacoma Photo Center, and Open Sesame Gallery.
