Join us as we welcome Remakery Tacoma for this instructor-led session where we will learn to use a drop spindle to make cordage out of different materials!

We will learn to use a drop spindle to twist and shape fluffy fiber into thread or yarn. Come and play with different materials and spin paper, wool, acrylic, fabric scraps or even plastic bags into usable cordage you can use in an array of arts and crafts projects! This drop-in session is perfect for anyone who can engage with fibers. 

All materials and tools are provided. Materials are 100% post-consumer meaning we use only reclaimed, recycled or donated items.

This is a drop-in event. No registration is required. Supplies and table space are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
