Thanks to the Tacoma Creates initiative, Asia Pacific Cultural Center (APCC), and presenter Ofelia Rosales would like to invite you to come and enjoy a workshop and presentation promoting the culture of Samoa.

Ofelia Rosales will have a workshop showcasing ribbon lei making on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at the Swasey Branch Library from 2:30-4:00 pm.

Please join us and create some ribbon leis for you to give out to your family and friends.
