Explore the new StoryWalk at Alderwood Park! Celebrate with Tacoma Public Library, MetroParks Tacoma, and the Northeast Tacoma Neighborhood Council as you embark on a reading adventure on the trail. Our featured picture book for June is "Julian at the Wedding" by Jessica Love. 

Tacoma Public Library will feature a new book on the StoryWalk each month.

All ages are invited to enjoy the opening of the StoryWalk and to participate in activities at Alderwood Park. Stop inside the adjacent Kobetich Library during your visit! 

The original StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT and developed in collaboration with the Vermont Bicycle & Pedestrian Coalition and the Kellogg Hubbard Library in 2007.
