Join us for a three-week series of mindfulness meditation workshops to reduce stress and tension, remain steady through life's ups and downs, and develop more kindness and awareness towards self and others.
Each workshop offers teaching, meditation practice, interactive learning and group discussion. Some specific tools taught to support mindfulness include breath and body awareness, ways to explore challenges in meditation and bringing mindfulness to daily life.
While workshops build on each other and it is encouraged to take the series if you can, please feel free to attend any session. Manidha will review material from the previous workshop, so everyone will receive benefits from whichever workshop is taken.
Please note that if you wish to attend the entire series, you will need to register for each session individually.
This program is in person. Face masks are required in meeting rooms.
