Join librarian, Beverly Choltco-Devlin, and a fellow sketcher, for this introduction to developing a sketching practice to document your world, even if you are still in stay at home, stay safe mode. No drawing or art experience is necessary. All that is needed is a sketchbook or paper and a drawing implement such as a pen or pencil. You may also use markers, watercolors and colored pencils if you have them but they are not necessary. This class will cover observational sketching, quick sketches to capture movement, and other techniques for creating a visual journal. We will also provide a resource list for further exploration.
